Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam

Dr.A.P.J. Abdul kalam was born in 1931 in a middle class family in the village of Rameswaram which is in the southern tip of India. All his life he worked on techonology for developing missiles in India. Due to his passion in this field, he is called , the “Missile man of India”. The grateful nation elected him as its president in the year 2002. His utter simplicity, hundred percent commitment to the cause of educating the next generation and his love for Indian children has already made him a legend that all of us admire.He was conferred the highest honour of the country “Bharata Rathna(literally jewel of India) in the year 1997.
